Store Policy

1.ALL SALES are FINAL.
2.Any shortage or errors MUST be reported within 8 days of receipt of order.
3.Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Otherwise, we will refuse the unauthorized return. There is NO EXCEPTION.

RETURN / EXCHANGE
As you now, what we are carrying are Magic products. This means, we are selling you the secret of the product, and you purchased the secret of the product from us. We cannot accept any returns or make exchanges without prior authorization except for when it is defective. The defective product must be return by original box include all of the original products and instructions. If you receive a defective product, please contact us e-mail/call/fax before you return it to us. We cannot accept any returns or process any refunds if the above conditions and procedures are not followed. Shipping charges cannot be refunded unless the product was returned because of our error or damage.

Damage / Loss
Any damage or loss include in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. After your package is picked up by our shipper, we have absolutely NO control about it. In addition, we have no control over customs inspections or any other delays in shipping. Problems with shipments must therefore be directed to the shipper. To prevent any damage/loss problems, all packages have the own tracking number and insurance. We will cover the insurance fee.
1. If you have any problems about the damage/loss of your package, please contact us by e-mail/call/fax.
2. Retain the merchandise, carton and packing material until notified by us what to do with it.
3. We will let you know the �gReturn Authorization Number, when you report it to us. Please note any returned item not accompanied by an official Return Authorization Number cannot be accepted.
If all the above procedures are followed, we will assist you.
