A novel approach to the classic "Oil & Water" plot using eight picture cards that show cans of oil and buckets of water.
The cards are displayed on both sides, then four are turned face-down and placed aside. The water cards are removed from the other set, and replaced with....... lit matches!!

When the matches are combined with the oil it has the expected result: suddenly, the faces of all four cards in your hand change big flames!
The trick comes to a safe conclusion when the four tabled cards are turned over, for their faces have also changed---into a fire truck, come to the rescue!!
