This is a red-backed bicycle card that when held up to a light source shows as the Five of Spades ( or NINE of Clubs) (you see the Five of Spades (or Nine of Clubs) THROUGH the back of the card).
However, as the card is moved away from the light source it is turned face up and has now somehow changed into a red Nine of Hearts (or Five of Hearts).
