Magician shows perfectly normal king and queen cards in happier times, but then, after putting them back on top of the deck.
Magician flips them over and places the same two cards face down on the table.
Somehow during this time their love turns tragic and their perfect world is turned upside down.... the magician holds a prop gun alongside one card..... BANG!... the first card shoots the other card... flipping them over reveals the horror on the forever changed faces of the king and queen.....
