There are 3 Yellow Chips and 1 Red Chip on the table.
Also Magician places a transparent board on the table which contains his prediction inside.
Now, while the magician is facing away, a spectator is asked to turn the 4 chips to face downward, then mix them up and line them back up again.
There is completely no way to know the color-order of the chips, even for the spectator.
Now, once again, the magician makes sure that his prediction board is always on the table and has never been out of sight, never switched out.
He opens the board to reveal his prediction. The chips placed by spectator are flipped over to show that they exactly match with magician’s prediction!!
