Then the cigarette penetrates through the card.
The magician has the cigarette in his hand and shows the spectator the face of the card that has the cigarette stuck through it.
When the cigarette is slowly extracted, the hole disappears.

The spectator can examine the card and the cigarette.

You can show both sides of the card while having the cigarette penetrate through the card.
