The bill floats right in front of their eyes!
A bill is mysteriously floating in the air. It floats from one hand to the other, and back. As if alive, it floats through an arch made with your fingers. Finally it rises high over your head, where you suddenly catch it. In the video, the performer uses a Japanese bill; however, any country's bills are available. This is one of the easiest floating bill effects.
