The magician shows four picture cards. One has a drawing of a cat; the other three have fish.
One at a time, the cat eats the fish -- the pictures magically change to show the remains.
However, the third fish is only half-consumed.
Why? The answer is obvious when the cat card is turned over: the cat is quite satisfied, its belly bulging from its feast!
