The magician uses a normal deck of cards and three card sized plexi sheets.
He writes down the name of the card selected by the first spectator on the first plexi sheet in advance.

On the second plexi sheet there is the prediction of the second spectator's selected card.

Finally the double prediction on the third plexi sheet matches with the 2 cards selected by the third spectator.
