The rising cards is, deservedly, a classic magic effect.
There have been dozens of methods. This one is based on "Rising Cards from Envelope" by Bill Severn and Pete Biro, from volume 7 of the Tarbell Course (Harry Lorayne, 1972).
In this version, a freely chosen card is returned to the pack, which is then placed inside its case. A tiny magic wand is introduced. It is inserted through the sides of the card case.
Holding the ends of the wand, the magician swings the case back and forth.... and the chosen card eerily rises up out of the pack!!
*This item comes with a tiny wand, a regular Bicycle deck (Blue back), and special card case (the color is Blue).
