The fact that you can wear it as a bracelet makes it convenient, ready to use at a moments notice, and easy to bring into your routine. You are provided with three routines to perform, I found two of them worthwhile and down right mind boggling. For the most part the price is justified, however, the unit I received came apart the first time I used it. SEO offered to replace it for me but I repaired it myself.
