Rough and Ready is an entertaining and mystifying close-up routine. All you have to do is to tell the following story and give instructions to a spectator. The trick work itself!
A con game out of the Old West. Telling an amusing yarn about a con game played in old time mining camps, you lay out a green western-style bandana in the middle of which is printed a grid of card pips. Using eight regular playing cards you invite a victim to try his luck. Everything seems so fair, but he always looses!
He loses every time, although the odds seem to be on his side. It seems he is guaranteed to win, but he doesn’t and is completely fooled; and you will be too!
The mystery and entertainment are built-in. No sleights, or complicated memory work. Just follow the instructions and it’s a winner for you all the way!
Printed bandana is easily carried; perform any where any time. A quality item by Dick Zimmerman. You will supply your own playing cards and gold nugget (or coin).
