Back again two and a half years later, and I'm still using the coins constantly. They have held up very well and don't dent very easily. I'll polish them every once in a while, but they have a pretty consistent and bright coloration, contrary to when I first steel wooled them. I do recommend removing the finish on the coins, but they could have changed the way they are made so use them for a few weeks to make sure.
