I am a proud owner of other 'Joker Magic' coin illusions that use Chinese coins and similarly, this is another great one! The coin and gimmick are very well produced, the coin is pretty, solid and very functional. It will last a lifetime as well as the gimmick if treated with respect. If you're a seasoned magician you may be suspecting a particular method, and you'd be right. This version of that method however has some extra construction enhancements that take it beyond those old coin illusions. This Chinese coin can be handled in a normal, even semi-rough fashion before, during and after the illusion without any fear of something bad happening. Everything is built rock-solid. Even that which is used to reset the gimmick comes in a rubber sleeve to protect the paint and artwork of the coin and gimmick. It's those subtle extras that make 'Joker Magic' a great company in my opinion. 'Chinese Coin Color Change' is a professional-level item at a very reasonable price. I'm sure you'll be performing it often as I do.
