This is one of those 'kick myself for not thinking of it' tricks. The method is so simple and deceptive. I thought maybe sticky fingers that raises one, the other two balanced so the other stack can go between them, or extreme accuracy is needed to hit the middle dice which switches them due to the velocity of them. I was completely wrong on both accounts. The secret is far simpler and way more practical. This illusion is expensive to learn considering what you get, but the secret is well worth it. Any dice, any time, any day. 3-stars in cost but the highest 5-stars for the method and future performances.
