This illusion is more complex than it appears in the demonstration video. It is an effect that I have seen done before, except this time it uses a pile of coins to penetrate a hand and napkin instead of just one or two coins. The routine involves basic coin palming but it will take a lot of practice to get the routine down perfectly because you have to handle a stake of coins, not just one. You also have to be very careful of your angles working that close to the spectator.
