Excellent! A very deceptive penetration routine that really impresses. It requires a couple tricky moves that are VERY easy to do because of the ingenious design of the materials you are given, they even supply a miniature deck of cards to work with. Well worth the $18. SEO sent me the Japanese version, which I suspect is why they can offer it at such a reasonable price of less than $18. However, SEO and TENYO provide a website that you can download PRINTED, yes, I wrote PRINTED/written instructions from!!! It is so nice not to have to try to make and save a copy of a video onto a disk or thumb drive in order just to learn how to do a trick. This is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
