Jeff has lots of good ideas for the Enchanted Butterflies, and gives some good tips for fanning (unfortunately days of practice still can't be avoided though). He also goes over other handy things such as which hand fans can be used. Speaking of which, the fan included with mine worked very well.
All in all, if you're serious about performing the Enchanted Butterflies, it's well worth getting.
